Guide Dogs for the Blind is proud to participate in workplace giving campaigns nationwide linking generous employees with the opportunity to improve the quality of life for people who are blind. By donating to Guide Dogs for the Blind through an employee giving campaign or your company's matching gift program, you truly can say, "I gave at the office."
Double your donation with matching gifts
Your gift to Guide Dogs for the Blind could go twice as far in helping us fulfill our mission. Many employers offer matching gift programs that double or even triple charitable contributions made by their employees. Some companies also match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses of employees. Simply enter your employer’s name to learn about their matching gift program.
Please follow any instructions listed by your employer to process a matching gift. If your company provides a link to their matching gift site in the box above, please follow those instructions to submit your matching gift request online. If you already have a matching gift form, or if your employer directs you to a form in the instructions above, please download your company’s matching gift information and mail your completed form to:

Make your volunteer hours go even further
Many companies are now offering matching gifts for their employees’ volunteer hours. This is an easy way to support GDB with a corporate donation for your volunteer time! If you are a volunteer for Guide Dogs for the Blind and your employer lists that they offer donations for volunteer hours, please be sure to log your volunteer hours on your company’s site and follow their instructions to process the donation to Guide Dogs for the Blind. Your hours can go far to helping GDB both as a volunteer and as a donor!

United Way:
Write "Guide Dogs for the Blind" on your form to choose us as your charity of choice.
Combined Federal Campaign for Federal Employees:
Select #10970, Guide Dogs for the Blind's Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) number, on your federal campaign pledge form.
