Donor-Advised Funds

Guide Dogs for the Blind is thankful for the generosity of people who choose to recommend grants from donor-advised funds (DAFs) to support our mission.

Guide Dogs for the Blind (GDB) is a non-profit, charitable organization under the provisions of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (tax ID #94-1196195).

To issue a check from your DAF, have the check made out to:

     Guide Dogs for the Blind
     350 Los Ranchitos Road
     San Rafael, CA 94903

Please request for your name and address to be included. We recommend that you contact GDB to inform us of your gift, so we can thank you for your generosity.

To grant Guide Dogs for the Blind a legacy gift from your DAF, use our tax ID to note us as your beneficiary and let us know so we may thank you and include you in our Legacy Society.
