At Guide Dogs for the Blind (GDB), we believe that everyone deserves to move through the world safely and confidently—to live the life they want to live. That's why our team is here to assist GDB clients anytime issues come up, from questions about dog behavior, mobility options, or guidework issues, to connecting people with psychosocial support, or assisting with the cost of veterinary care. We have a wide array of resources for our clients to access.
In addition to a wealth of information on our Resources for GDB Clients page, GDB clients can always contact our Support Center with specific issues or questions, and we'll be sure to help however we can.
Our support staff is also available via the Specialized Help section of the Be My Eyes app to assist GDB clients and applicants with guide dog related issues such as equipment fit, dog behavior, help with GDB-related paperwork, and more.
